MERCURE SINGAPORE BUGIS is looking for a dedicated individual to provide exceptional guest services. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, processing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring guest satisfaction through courteous service.

The ideal candidate will possess secondary education, a positive attitude, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Proficiency in MS Office is also required.
