Guest Experience Intern — Elevate Stays with Quick Resolutions

Homeclub is looking for a Guest Experience Intern in Madrid to ensure exceptional experiences for our guests during their stay. You will serve as the main contact, address issues, and coordinate with internal teams, all while maintaining a premium hospitality standard.

The ideal candidate should have a C1/C2 English level and possess customer service experience. This is a full-time role requiring availability Monday to Friday.
