As a Guest Experience Supervisor , you’ll guide our front-line team in delivering unforgettable experiences across all Gibbons brands—from The Adventure Group bookings to Après venues, festivals, memberships, and more. You’ll support daily operations, coach Guest Experience Agents, and ensure every guest interaction reflects our commitment to Making People Happy.
