ROLE OVERVIEW

The client is a hospitality company operating a portfolio of 30–40 short‑term rental properties across Central Texas and East Tennessee. We manage guest relations, daily operations, turnover coordination, and on‑the‑ground support across multiple markets. As the company grows, we are expanding our virtual operations team to ensure consistent coverage, high‑quality service, and operational redundancy. We currently have an experienced senior VA team lead who will be actively involved in onboarding and daily support.
