Under the guidance and direction of the Front Office Manager, the Gym Instructor ensures safety of guests and visitors of the gym. Maintains cleanliness, set-up and safety of the fitness center and attend to all guests' needs within the Recreation Department.
- Lead a variety of fitness classess with a focus on maximizing member engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide one on one or small group personal training sessions, tailoring workouts to meet individual client goals. Upsell personal training packages to enhance client results and drive revenue.
- Proactively identify and promote opportunities for clients to upgrade to premium services, including advance fitness programs, nutritional coaching,and wellness pacakages.
