Job Description
- Overall finance and controlling responsibility for entities across Switzerland, Austria, Singapore, Asia and the US
- Ensure timely, accurate and high‑quality financial reporting, including actuals, budgets, forecasts and multi‑year plans, in line with group standards
- Lead and further develop finance processes, tools and systems to continuously improve efficiency, transparency and scalability
- Maintain a strong internal control environment and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Act as primary finance interface for internal and external audits
- Own and further develop the transfer pricing framework in close collaboration with Group Tax and external advisors
- Responsibility for statutory accounts, annual filings, corporate income tax returns as well as VAT and withholding tax declarations
- Oversight of payroll processes for Switzerland, Austria and the US
