Role Overview Maxima — parent company of Pro Standard — is hiring a hands-on Google Specialist to be the daily build and test layer for our Google Ads program. You'll spend most of your day inside Google Ads — building Search, Performance Max, and Shopping campaigns, mining search queries for negative keywords, testing bid strategies, and monitoring shopping feed health. Your Manager directs the work;
you execute it with rigor. Reports to: Performance Marketing Manager Location: India · Maxima India office Working Hours: Standard IST daytime hours · no US night shifts required Type: Full-time Working Hours Detail This role works standard IST daytime hours. You'll partner with your Manager (also in India), and your work is reviewed and routed to the US-based Director by your Manager — not directly by you. No US night shifts required.
