We are currently looking for a Hardscape Sales Representative that will cover the Durham and East York region.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with customers by assessing their needs, providing technical assistance, following up on projects, providing after sales service and negotiating agreements.
- Update the company’s CRM and develop network.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, dealer and showroom events.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, installers, and landscape designers.
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored technical assistance.
- Educate customers on proper installation of products.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales service and manage customer claims.
- Manage and grow sales through strategic account planning and process.
