Job Description
Our HW Sustaining team redesigns, maintains and validates HW products to maintain the revenue generated by these through their lifecycles. As part of the global R&D organization, you are responsible for managing the HW development, product redesigns and lifecycle management related projects by driving changes, managing resources, defining group strategies and overseeing the career development of HW engineers and technicians. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Electrical Engineering or a similar field, with several years of work experience, at least three years of leadership experience.
