Full time position, Monday to Friday, minimum weekends and nightsHands on role for a very organised Head Chef, collaborating with your team to deliver a premium experience across daily mess meals and eventsMaintain all catering and stock controls, OH&S compliance, and HACCP with a strong focus on waste reduction.Forecasting food requirements, ordering and stock controlDrive exceptional food safety and quality with a focus on allergen and dietary requirementsHigh level knowledge and experience of operational and financial performances of the defence business The Person:
Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery3+ years displayed experience as a head chef in similar venues.Comfortable with people management, training and developing.High level knowledge in HACCP, allergen management and food safety.Proven team leader ...
