Job Description

The Head Chef is responsible for the overall management of kitchen operations for both Fine Dining Restaurant and Café operations. The role ensures high culinary standards, menu innovation, food safety compliance, cost control, and leadership of kitchen personnel. The Head Chef ensures that all operations comply with Philippine labor laws (DOLE), food safety regulations, and company policies while delivering exceptional guest dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Kitchen Leadership & Management

  2. Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff (Sous Chef, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, etc.).

  3. Create staff schedules and manage manpower efficiently.
  4. Conduct performance evaluations and recommend training or disciplinary action when necessary.
