We are looking for a Head Designer to lead the next chapter of our design journey — someone who exists at the intersection of textile and apparel design, with a deep understanding of weaving traditions, luxury craftsmanship, and contemporary fashion.

We're looking for someone who:

Has extensive experience with Banarasi textiles and weaving traditions

Understands both textile development and garment/apparel sensibilities

Has worked with luxury Indian craft or heritage brands

Can translate traditional craftsmanship into modern, globally relevant collections
