About this Opportunity
Ericsson is looking for a Head of Program Management Europe within Service Line (SL) Business and Operations Systems (BOS) as a key leadership role responsible within BOS Program Office. This role is responsible for establishing strong project management practices in pre-sales and delivery, ensuring solution deliverability, process adherence, realizing financial commitments and realizing customer value.
This role reports to the Head of SL BOS Delivery Excellence for MEMA and will be part of BOS Delivery Excellence Leadership team.
What You Will Do:
- Lead BOS Delivery Fulfillment practice across Europe cluster, managing Program Directors (PD), and Project Managers (CPM).
- Senior People Manager of own unit and a senior Leader across matrixed organization to all PDs/CPMs and Contract Fulfillment Responsible (CFR).
- Closely Partners with Global Delivery program office.
