Head of Construction Management

Your tasks / your field of activity:

• Organization and coordination of the project team and other project participants
• Preparation and processing of tenders, contract awards and contracts
• Planning, control and tracking of project costs
• Creation and coordination of project and execution plans in building construction
• Development of technical specifications and coordination with the relevant departments
• Independent assumption of overall site management or specialist site management
• Determining the specifications for occupational safety and monitoring compliance on the construction site

Your profile:

• Technical or technical/construction training (e.g. as an architectural draftsman/ draughtswoman, architect, site manager or specialist engineer)
• 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the field of pharmaceutical and infrastructure buildings
