Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a global operations team of freight operators, totaling more than 30 personnel and covering over 400 vessels.
- Ensure consistent application of processes and procedures across all operators worldwide.
- Track fleet performance in collaboration with Technical Managers, driving process enhancements and changes.
- Proactively address vessel‑related issues and hold operations accountable.
- Contribute to strategic decision‑making for global freight operations, including sustainability initiatives and other long‑term goals.
- Manage technical matters related to ship handling, towing, agency services, and supplier contracts in cooperation with Technical Managers.
