Head of Growth (Remote from Switzerland)

This role offers the opportunity to lead product‑led growth for a high‑velocity platform connecting creators and audiences. You will own the systems, experiments, and analytics that drive activation, retention, monetisation, and viral growth across the platform. Working closely with cross‑functional teams in product, engineering, data, and marketing, you will design, optimise, and scale growth mechanisms that directly impact revenue and engagement. You will build and mentor a world‑class Growth team while establishing processes, KPIs, and experimentation infrastructure to accelerate decision‑making.
