Job Description
We are working with a global trading company that is looking for an Head of IAM to join their Geneva Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to come in to a completely greenfield environment and be given the autonomy and budget to build out a best in class approach.
As this is the first hire in the space, it isn't a purely managerial role and will require someone who can act as the enterprise architect from the start. There is scope for 3-4 hires in the first 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Lead IAM Architecture design and implementation
- Own IAM governance and define KPI's
- Define and maintain IAM strategy.
- Work closely with various stakeholders (e.g. CISO, Engineering Leaders etc)
- Manage and evaluate 3P vendors
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of IAM standards and protocols
