Simpaisa is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Key Accounts to manage and grow relationships with Simpaisa's most important merchants, partners, and enterprise clients. The role focuses on account growth, retention, revenue optimization, and long-term partnerships within the fintech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Simpaisa's key and strategic accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute key account strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value merchants, enterprise clients, and partners.
  • Drive account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and onboarding of new solutions.
