Head of Learning Experience
Location : Sheridan, Mandaluyong/Clark, Pampanga
Shift : Mon-Fri, 7AM – 4PM
Arrangement : Hybrid, Full-time
Primary objectives:
Provide strategic global leadership for the Learning Experience function, directing the design, development, and delivery of transformative, industry-leading learning programs that close performance, skills, and behavioural gaps while maintaining rigorous compliance with Registered Training Organization (RTO) audit, governance, and regulatory standards.
Lead the entire Learning Experience Team, including instructional design and compliance, to create highly engaging, accessible, and outcomes-driven solutions across diverse modalities (remote/online, instructor-led, blended, multimedia-rich).
