Job Description

YOUR MISSION

  • Manage the buy plan and monthly forecast processes to achieve company financial and merchandising objectives, including sales, inventory, shipments, and turn. Set short term & long term financial goals by BU
  • Ensure departmental plans and SKU buys to meet financial objectives, as well as support the company’s special product and tiered merchandising strategies. Data and information hub for all business units. Manage forecast and data across different BU and ensure submission on time
  • Review performance by location, style and category. Set up optimum systems, tools, and processes to enable KPI reporting (sell through, APS, stock turn, gross profit)
  • Review “Concept Store and RXS” assortment plan (quarterly), provide buy proposals and give retail merchandise expert advice to merchandising team; Develop location assortment plans by department by category based on trend, store profiles and seasonal conversion
