Develop and implement a comprehensive operations strategy from pre-launch through post-launch phases, including organization design, operating processes, systems, and performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead and optimize core insurance operations, including Underwriting, Policy Issuance, Policy Administration, Claims, Customer Service, and Management Reporting, while continually improving processes to ensure quality, safety, compliance, and customer centricity.
Drive digitalization and operational modernization initiatives, including automation, systems integration, and enhancement of a consistent customer experience across all service channels.
