Job Description
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who is a technical expert in People processes but also a strategic builder. You will personally design our core global frameworks (Compensation, Performance, L&D) and, over time, build and lead a specialized team to maintain them.
Your goal is to ensure that as we scale, our People Engine remains high-performing, fair, and globally consistent. You will work closely with People Business Partners (PBPs) and People Operations to ensure that great strategy translates into a flawless employee experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Design a high-accountability performance framework and an L&D roadmap that empowers managers to grow their teams.
- Codify our values into the employee lifecycle, from a Gold Standard onboarding experience to exit insights.
