About this Position: Our Client is a technology driven company delivering high impact artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to enterprise and government clients. The Head of Sales and Growth will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing go-to-market strategies, and leading the sales team to achieve $20-40M revenue by Year 2. Key Responsibilities: Own and hit aggressive revenue targets Build and lead a high-performance sales team Establish sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting Win high-value deals with clients such as banks, telecoms, and government ministries Build strategic partnerships with global hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud) Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
