Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior security role, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment. Background in law enforcement, military, or private security is an advantage. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of security protocols, surveillance systems, and access controls.
