Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Advisor

Overview

We are seeking a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisor to provide dedicated site-based support at our Dowling operation, ensuring the effective delivery of HSE programmes and day-to-day oversight of health, safety and environmental activities. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HSE processes, supporting compliance requirements, and embedding a consistent and practical approach to risk management across the site. You will work closely with site leadership and employees to promote safe working practices, support incident management, and strengthen overall HSE performance. This position is part of the wider Health, Safety & Environment function and will contribute to a high-performing team focused on risk reduction, operational consistency, and workforce protection across our global operations.
