Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Greets customers when they enter
- Answer phone/make phone calls for various purposes
- Confirm appointments
- Schedule appointments for assigned office and/or any applicable out of town clinics
- Manage incoming phone calls, deliver and return messages
- Outbound calls to our patients for various purposes
- Scheduling to maximize test opportunities for the office and any out of town clinics
- Order and sell products
- General office and administrative duties
- Pull charts for customers scheduled for hearing tests or other appointments
- Stock shelves (batteries, pamphlets, supplies etc.)
- Invoicing for hearing aids and other products or services
- Customer information entry into clinical management system
