This individual should be friendly, customer‑oriented IT professional who is looking for an opportunity to multi‑task, thrive, and grow in a fast‑paced work environment.

The Help Desk Technician will interact with all levels and departments within our company to provide technical advice, troubleshoot, and support users.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical hardware and software issues in person, remotely, and via telephone
• Help desk, user support, and line‑of‑business application support
• Work in a centralized team to answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, voice mail, e‑mail, remote and in person requests
