Help-Desk Technician

Summary

/Objective: Provides technical support, supports final users in the whole organization, and provides service to solve different hardware and software problems, makes repairs and gives preventive maintenance for the hardware, solves possible glitches in specific systems in every identified area.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Assist in daily operations of the MIS department, including problem determination, evaluation, and corrections.

Phone system support

Global User Ticket Entry

User Desktop Support for Vietnam (Operating System, applications, Hardware, external devices)

Remote support for Satellite locations (US, Costa Rica, Asia, Europe, South America)

Procurement functions and relationships pertaining to the necessary hardware and software needed to properly maintain company information systems.
