Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of rental properties (common areas, hallways, etc.).
- Support with minor repairs or maintenance requests, such as plumbing issues, electrical faults, or painting.
- Help with property inspections and ensure that the property meets safety and quality standards.
- Assist tenants with moving in and out, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed.
- Handle deliveries or pick-ups of rental equipment or items.
- Support the leasing team in scheduling showings and maintaining property records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical ability to perform maintenance or repair tasks (lifting, cleaning, minor repairs).
- Previous experience in property maintenance, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
