- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron clothes according to customer preferences and shop standards.
- Operate and maintain laundry machines, including washers, dryers, and pressing equipment.
- Assist customers with dropping off and picking up their laundry, ensuring orders are accurate.
- Label and organize laundry items to avoid mix-ups or loss of clothing.
- Monitor machines during operation and report any technical issues to the supervisor.
- Keep the shop clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing workspaces.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Track supplies like detergent, fabric softener, and plastic bags, and inform the manager when restocking is needed.
- Ensure all laundry is completed and delivered on time.
- Previous experience in a laundry shop or similar setting is a plus but not required.
