Job Description

• Assist lot lease tenants with inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the lot lease area.
• Assist in the collection of rental fees.
• Report any maintenance issues or security concerns.
• Assist with the set-up and tear-down of events within the lot lease area.
• Assist in the enforcement of lot lease policies and regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry items.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
