Job Description
- Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and outdoor spaces.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks, such as changing lightbulbs, fixing minor repairs, and reporting larger issues to management.
- Help with tenant move-ins and move-outs by preparing units and assisting with furniture or equipment.
- Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling in designated areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify any maintenance or security issues.
- Assist in receiving deliveries and ensuring proper storage of supplies or equipment.
- Respond to tenant requests or inquiries and relay them to the property manager if needed.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
- Physical stamina to handle cleaning, lifting, and repair tasks.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair work is an advantage.
