The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well‑known and industry‑leading client based in the Basildon area. We are looking for multiple HGV Drivers to join the team.

Shifts:
Monday to Friday
Hours:
Typically 9am starts
Pay Rate:
£15.36 per hour PAYE

The role:
- Securely moving and transporting premium and high value goods (parcels) to sub‑depots or collecting them from delivery units.
- Class 2 - 1‑2 drops and 5‑6 collections.
- Class 1 - 6‑8 pallet deliveries and then bulk collections.
- Focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork throughout shift.
- Drivers may be required to assist with loading and unloading of the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck.
