Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced High-Speed Stamping Process Engineer with 10+ years of experience in progressive stamping dies used for precision connector contacts, terminals, shielding components, and other precision metal parts. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in die debugging, tool conditioning, process optimization, supplier management, and transfer of tooling into mass production. Experience in die design and close collaboration with manufacturing teams is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead development, tryout, validation, and industrialization of high-speed progressive stamping dies.
• Conduct DFM, die design reviews and provide manufacturability recommendations for sheet metal parts
• Drive successful transfer of new tools from development into production.
