Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - South Birmingham

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and qualified professional to support our partner schools in delivering high-quality education across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This role is for the full academic year.

Responsibilities

• Leading Whole Classes: Delivering lessons during teacher PPA time or planned absences.
• Targeted Interventions: Running small-group and 1:1 sessions in literacy and numeracy to boost pupil progress.
• Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive, inclusive learning environment with strong behaviour management.
• Collaboration: Working closely with class teachers, SENDCos, and school leadership to support diverse learner needs.

Qualifications

• Primary School Experience: Proven experience working within the UK National Curriculum across primary key stages.
