Lead highway maintenance operations as a Patrol Supervisor at Miller Group in Ontario. Focus on safety, efficiency, and quality in managing field operations and subcontractors.
This role involves overseeing day-to-day field maintenance under the Ministry Directed Maintenance Contract. You will conduct inspections, lead safety meetings, manage costs, and address public inquiries. Your leadership will ensure compliance with HSE policies while promoting a Safety-First culture among all team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote Safety-First culture for staff and public
• Conduct inspections and lead safety meetings
• Monitor and manage subcontractor performance
• Prepare and issue requests for quotations (RFQ)
• Participate in winter works operations as necessary
Requirements:
• Experience in highway maintenance or road construction
• Prior team leadership experience
• Valid Class G Driver’s License
