Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answering all incoming inquiries received from customers and sales teams
- Processing all incoming orders received via phone
- Developing a sound product knowledge
- Enhance customer satisfaction, build good relationships on the phone or in person
- Generate rental agreements and data entry/ other duties as required by the Branch Manager
