Job Description
Set up CNC machines based on the created program, including selecting appropriate cutting tools, workholding fixtures, and datum points. Load raw materials onto the machine. Perform machine calibrations and zero offsets. Production and Quality Control:Run test cuts to verify program accuracy and make adjustments as needed. Monitor machine operation during production runs, identifying and addressing any potential issues. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:Diagnose and resolve machine errors or malfunctions Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
