This is an excellent opportunity for experienced support staff looking to play a key role in supporting pupils and teachers across a range of year groups.
The Role
- Deliver planned lessons and learning activities in the absence of the class teacher
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Work with individuals, small groups, and whole classes to promote engagement and achievement
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation, assessment, and classroom management
