We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic, and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our friendly and supportive school team in Strood, Medway.
This role involves providing PPA cover across Reception to Year 5 , delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils' learning across a range of year groups and subjects.
The successful candidate will:
Hold HLTA status or have relevant experience
Be confident teaching across EYFS and KS1/KS2
Have excellent classroom management skills
Be flexible, organised, and proactive
