PARS Therapy is seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist in the Elgin, TX area to join our growing team. Essential Job Functions:
- Deliver direct speech therapy services to patients in accordance with the physician’s orders and individualized Plan of Care
- Design and implement engaging, evidence-based exercises and activities tailored to each patient’s communication goals
- Provide counseling, education, and support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process
- Establish measurable goals and track patient progress, identifying both improvements and ongoing challenges
