Role Overview
Join our dedicated homelessness team supporting adults with complex needs to regain stability, build independence and move towards their own accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Take day‑to‑day responsibility for the running of the service at Hatfield Road (5 beds).
- Support residents with daily routines, life skills and personal goals.
- Respond calmly to challenging situations and maintain clear boundaries.
- Keep the building safe through checks, repairs reporting and maintaining shared spaces.
- Complete accurate case notes, risk assessments and other documentation.
- Spend time at Martin House (16 beds) for safety checks and occasional support, working collaboratively with the wider team.
