Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables, following the standards of the Palace;
Manage reservations and ensure smooth coordination with the dining room teams;
Present menus and answer guests' initial requests;
Ensure smooth service and the proper flow of guest arrivals and departures;
Participate in enhancing the image and values of the Resort through exemplary and professional conduct;
Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
