A Hotel Reservation Agent handles guest bookings, room availability inquiries, cancellations, and special requests. The role ensures smooth hotel operations and a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage reservations via phone, email, or online platforms.
Provide information on room types, rates, and hotel amenities.
Assist with cancellations, modifications, and special requests.
Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments.
Qualifications
High school diploma; degree in Hospitality or Tourism preferred.
Experience in hotel reservations or customer service.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with hotel reservation systems like Opera or Fidelio
