Housekeeper

Overview

A Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in homes, hotels, offices, or other facilities.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels
• Wash, fold, and iron laundry as needed
• Restock cleaning supplies and toiletries
• Dispose of trash and sanitize waste bins
• Notify management of any necessary repairs or maintenance issues

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required)
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not required)
• Experience in hotels, hospitals, or private residences is a plus
