Housing Development Lead

We are currently working with a Local Authority in the south west who are looking for an experienced Housing Development Lead to join their team.

You will lead the delivery of affordable housing development projects, overseeing schemes from planning and procurement through to construction and completion. Working closely with internal teams, elected members and external partners, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Rate : £500 per day inside IR35

Duration : 6 months

• Manage and oversee affordable housing development and property acquisition projects within the council’s housing delivery programme
