HOUSING MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a Housing Management Specialist in the Housing Department of NAVSTA GTMO, Cuba . Responsibilities You will analyze conditions and types of housing to ensure proper scheduling and coordination of maintenance. You will use guides, regulations, and manuals to determine eligibility and type of quarters required and authorized. You will investigate housing facilities to resolve complex occupant concerns and complaints. You will assemble facts, evaluate information, and draft reports to resolve housing problems.
