HOUSING MANAGER (INSPECTOR)

Summary You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGER (INSPECTOR) in the FLEET, FAMILY HOUSING DEPARTMENT (N93) of NAVAL STA NT RI. Responsibilities You will analyze instructions and directives from higher authorities to evaluate and implement into program policies. You will promote good relations between residents and neighboring communities. You will perform survey to ensure tenant needs are met and quality of life standards are maintained. You will develop and implement a comprehensive inspection and quality assurance program to consistently improve the guest experience. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
