Managing a diverse caseload across South Yorkshire, you’ll provide personalised, trauma‑informed support designed to help tenants thrive. No two days are the same. You’ll work across Barnsley, Doncaster, and Rotherham, collaborating with partner agencies and local services to build strong, wrap‑around support networks. Alongside this, you’ll be part of a supportive and experienced team, with access to multiple Target Housing office bases.

Main Purpose of the Role
