We are seeking a dedicated and organised HR Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at Ichia Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Kulim Hi-Tech Park Kedah. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations and contributing to the overall success of our company.
What you'll be doing 1. HR Policies, Procedures & SOP Development
Develop, review, and continuously improve HR and administrative policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure all HR and administrative practices comply with applicable Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
2. Training & Development
Develop and maintain the company's training system and annual training plan.
Coordinate and administer new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
Conduct and support annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with respective departments.
